ANNOUNCEMENTS

  1. If you are new here and would like to know more about Jesus, Leidy’s Church, and how to get connected. Please fill out the Get Connected Card and put it in the Get Connected box on the left-hand side of the doors when you leave.
  2. A Congregational Meeting takes place immediately following the service of worship this morning. We will be electing two Elders and two Deacons. Nominated for Elder are: Shaun Permar and Tim Leidy. Nominated for Deacon are: Josh Heebner and Tony Kapusta.
  3. Please join us next Sunday after worship for a Fellowship Meal. All are welcome.
  4. Reminder: Steve and Kelly Marks will be with us next week. They will provide fresh from the field news during the Sunday School Hour. They have been through a lot and have accomplished a lot. Be certain you’re present next Sunday to hear what God has done, and, perhaps, to ask a question or two as well.
  5. As you partner with us in the work of the Kingdom, please place your gifts and offerings in the Get Connected pillars.
  6. VBS is coming to Leidy’s July 31 – Aug 4! To learn more and register your kids or signup as a volunteer, go to www.leidyschurch.org/vbs.
  7. If you are interested in learning more about Leidy’s Church please contact the church office. We are looking to begin an Inquirer’s Class sometime in the future.
  8. Here are the dates you’ve been looking for: July 10-14 & July 24-28. Those two weeks are when our SLMT work will take place at Life Turning Point Philly. Sign-up sheets are posted in the narthex. All sorts of abilities will be needed. There will be scraping and painting, carpentry work, installation of windows, and demolition of the interior of the Carriage House down to the studs. Each volunteer will need to raise financial and prayer support as usual. More details are forthcoming. For more info right now, speak with Brian Radcliff or Sherman Focht.
  9. Also, we’re looking for food prep folk. Jacqui Shafer is coordinating lunches and snacks for the SLMT workers. She needs assistance in all the details. If you can help out, give her a holler, or, sign up on the sheet in the narthex and she’ll contact you.
  10. Thank you to everyone who helped keep our building clean these last several weeks. Couldn’t have done it without you!
  11. The flowers are given by Diane, Chuck, Ben, Bryan and Kevin Weber in loving memory of Matthew and Jonathan.
