ANNOUNCEMENTS

1. If you are a guest, please visit the Welcome Desk outside of the Sanctuary and fill out a Connect with Leidy’s Card.

2. As you partner with us in the work of the Kingdom, please place your gifts and offerings in the offering pillars at the back of the Sanctuary.

3. The Sacrament of Holy Communion will be shared at the service of worship this morning. We invite all members of the church of Jesus Christ to share in this sacrament.

4. Congregational Meeting Update: The congregational meeting has been moved to June 7. We encourage everyone to continue engaging, asking questions, and praying for clarity in the weeks ahead.

5. Next Sunday our church service will be an outdoor service on the parsonage lawn so bring a blanket or chairs and dress for a picnic. After the service please stay for a picnic feast! Plus, we'll be offering tours of the newly renovated Parsonage after the Dedication! Take a tour before Pastor Darren and his family move in! Reminder: There is no Sunday School for Sunday in the Shade. Service starts at 10! Invite your neighbors, co-workers, friends and family to this year's Sunday in the Shade!

6. Don’t forget to sign up for the In Their Shoes with Michael Sander Missions Brunch this Saturday. Not only will there be a great spread of food and activities for kids, we’ll get to hear from Michael Sander about his work in Eswatini and with Perspectives.  AND we’ll get to celebrate and award the people who logged the most miles during the In Their Shoes challenge. Don’t miss it!

7. Calling all Graduates: We want to recognize and honor those graduating from high school, college, business school, or graduate school during the month of June. Please contact the church office via email or phone with the name of your graduate(s) and what their plans may be for the future.

8. For In Their Shoes this week, please have all your paper mileage logs turned in by 7pm this Friday, to ensure your efforts count towards the grand total mileage achieved this month (which will be revealed at this week's Missions Brunch).  The In Their Shoes box will be on the Welcome Desk, OR you can email your mileage/steps to ilcmissions215@gmail.com.  Thank you!

9. The Shoemaker Family would like to thank their church family for their prayers, cards, meals and kind words. They deeply appreciate it.

10. Fill the Truck - Help us support the Keystone Opportunity Center’s Neighbors! Make a difference for local families. On the table in the narthex you will find a list of items that are being collected. All donations should be in by this Friday. Please make sure to check expiration dates.

11. Adopt an Island! Thank you to everyone who helps to keep the lots beautiful! We still have 8 islands left - if you're interested, please contact the office.

12. Memorial Day Service to Honor Our Fallen Heroes – There will be a short service at the Leidy’s Church Cemetery tomorrow around 8:20am for anyone who would like to be present. There will be a Color Guard salute, taps, and prayer.

13. Attention Crafters: Sign up for your table now! The Christmas Craft Sale will open up to the general public in June. Contact Donna Frueh for more information dsfrueh@comcast.net, or pick up a registration form in the office.
