3. A Congregational Meeting is set for next Sunday, September 28 at 11:30 AM in the Sanctuary. Three men will be nominated for Deacons for Consistory: Brandon Kehs, Mark Kostishion, and Jim Kulp. There will also be an update on the parsonage renovation. We invite all members and regular attenders to participate in this event! There will be NO Childcare for this meeting.
4. Welcome to Leidy’s happens this morning from 11:30-12:30 in Rm. 211. Meet with Pastor Darren and other leaders, and learn more about Leidy’s Church, and have your questions answered. Lunch and childcare will be provided.
5. Kids Quest begins this week! The theme is Road Trip and is based on Joshua 1:9– "The LORD your God is with you wherever you go." Kids Quest will encourage kids to discover God's presence everywhere as we explore new places, make new friends, and experience God's goodness together. It’s not too late to sign up!
6. You're invited to join OASIS at their Fall Luncheon this Thursday, from 11:30-2:00. Come together with friends to enjoy an afternoon filled with laughter and fellowship! Soup will be provided - bring your favorite dessert sides to share. Hope to see you there! You can sign up on-line or the sheet in the narthex.
7. Join us for a Men’s Breakfast on Saturday, September 27th. Beginning at 8:00am in the Fellowship Hall. The guest speaker will be Pastor Darren DePaul. You can sign up via the church website or the signup on the narthex wall.
8. Colleen Estes LIVE! If you've never had the chance to meet Colleen Estes, join us next Sunday during the Sunday School hour. Colleen will be speaking about her time in service to the First Nations community of Pikangikum and the challenges and triumphs of life there. Her story is remarkable, and we hope you'll take the time to hear it. Colleen will be sharing from Room 123, the classroom in the education wing that is below the Conference Room. We hope to see you there.
9. New Ladies Book Discussion - Heaven: Your Real Home by Joni Eareckson Tada. September 29 - December 15 Mondays from 9:45-11:30 in the Conference Room. If you would like the book, let Sandy know, and if you have questions call her 215-669-1421.
10. Ladies of Leidy's meets on Tuesday, September 30 @ 6:30 PM in Rm. 123. *Please note the date change due to our next meeting falling on Rummage week. All women are welcome! Please bring a friend.

12. Sunday, October 5th is the date for the annual Abington Life Chain. Since 1991, this event has taken place on the first Sunday of October. We’re invited to join other congregations and individuals for one hour of silent prayer on Old York Road between Guernsey Avenue and Keith Road. It happens between 2 and 3 pm. No registration is required; just show up. If you have questions, call 215-429-3750.
13. Interested in helping keep Leidy’s kitchen sparkling? We’re looking for a 2–3 person team to stop by twice a month (or after special events) to tidy and organize the space, ensure the counters are clean, and keep track of supplies and notify the office when things are running low. 14. Membership Class: The next Membership Class will be on October 5, 12, and 19. Join us to learn what we believe, who we are, where we're headed, and how you can get involved.
