ANNOUNCEMENTS

1. If you are a guest, please visit the Welcome Desk outside of the Sanctuary and fill out a Connect with Leidy’s Card.

2. As you partner with us in the work of the Kingdom, please place your gifts and offerings in the offering pillars at the back of the Sanctuary.

3. The Candle of Joy is lighted on the Avent Wreath today. The angel told the shepherds he brought good news of great joy which would be for all people. The good news being that the Savior was born. One cannot and should not consider the birth of the Son of God apart from the joy He brings into the lives of real people by His work of redemption.

4. Christmas Eve Service – December 24th at 5:00pm. Join us for a special worship service where we’ll reflect on Scripture, sing beloved carols and songs, and end the evening with a candlelight singing of Silent Night. We invite you to share in this celebration of Jesus birth.

5. This morning we will be receiving new members. There will be cookies and coffee in the Fellowship Hall to welcome them after the service. The new members are:

6. Congratulations to Karl & Shannon Floczak, and Michael Dezii at their believer’s baptism this morning. May God be with them as they grow in Him.

7. Today is the last day to purchase a poinsettia. You will find order slips at the Welcome Desk. Simply fill out the slip, place it in a pew envelope with cash or check, and drop it in one of the collection pillars.

8. 10 tickets have been purchased for the CrossCon Young Adult Conference in Kentucky. We will be traveling by van on Tuesday, Dec. 30th and return Sunday, Jan. 4th. Leidy’s Church is helping to offset some of the costs, but you would be responsible for some of it. If interested, please contact Justin Coale 215-589-8173 for more details.

9. Leidy's Special Needs Caregiver Support Group will not be meeting during the week of Christmas. Regular meetings are on the 2nd & 4th Fridays of the month. Contact the office for more info!

10. NTS Fairy Godmother Event, January 15-17: Help our friends find special outfits to wear to the Night to Shine! You can help in a few ways: Donate gently used suits, dresses, shoes, jewelry, etc.; Help setup for the event on Thursday, January 15 beginning at 9AM; Help shop with a buddy to find the perfect outfit on Friday beginning at 2pm, or on Saturday beginning at 8am. Email questions to bucksmontnts@gmail.com. Donations can be dropped off at the church office any time before January 14. Thank you!

11. Boxed offering envelopes is one of the many ways to give your tithes and offerings. If you have had them in the past, your 2026 box will be in your mailbox by next Sunday. If you are a non-member and would like a box of envelopes to use for 2026, please contact the church office or Mary Beth Musselman.

12. New Women’s Sunday School Class: ABIDE – A study of 1,2,3 John, three short letters that focus on the importance of dwelling on the Word of God, to remain steadfast in our faith. Begins on Jan. 4th.

13. The 2026 Flower Chart is posted on the wall in the narthex for those who would like to sponsor flowers for our sanctuary.

14. The flowers are placed by Bonnie Pross in loving memory of Les Pross as he is spending his Christmas with Jesus this year.
