ANNOUNCEMENTS

1. If you are a guest, please visit the Welcome Desk outside of the Sanctuary and fill out a Connect with Leidy’s Card.

2. As you partner with us in the work of the Kingdom, please place your gifts and offerings in the offering pillars at the back of the Sanctuary.

3. Need prayer? A few members of our Prayer Team will be at the front of the sanctuary following the service and would be honored to pray with you.

4. Leidy's Kids Ministry is looking for volunteers! Join us to serve 4-6 times a year in our infant, toddler, or pre-K nurseries. These rooms provide a space for our youngest kids to feel safe and loved at church while learning that Jesus loves them. If you are interested in serving, please reach out to Bekah Kulp at bekah.kulp@leidyschurch.org for more information.

5. The Real Mom Conference, Saturday, September 26th, 8:30 - 3:00 pm. Cost: $39.00 Join us to strengthen your walk with God while being encouraged by a day filled with welcoming smiles, worship time, real mom stories, and inspiration to continue in the pursuit of biblical motherhood.

6. Friday, September 11th marks the 25th Anniversary of the day we now know simply, as “9-11.” The BMCE & American Legion Post 234 Souderton will be hosting "A Service of Remembrance" on Friday, September 11th, 6pm, at the Souderton Rotary Park. Everyone is welcome to attend this public service to remember and reflect, we will also publicly recognize and thank our area first responders. A free will offering will be collected at the conclusion of the service and will go to the Souderton & Telford Fire Companies. In the event of inclement weather, the Service will be held on the same date, at the same time, at Christ Reformed Church at Indian Creek, 171 Church Road, Telford, PA.

7. New Precept Study begins September 10th. An invitation to dig deep in the Word of God every Thursday morning in the book of Colossians & Philemon - "Gaining a True Knowledge of Christ So No One Deludes You."  If you’re seeking to understand God’s Word more deeply and connect with a faithful community of believers, we invite you to join us Thursday mornings. Workbook fee $25 - payable at the beginning of class.

8. Rally Day happens on September 13th, 8:45AM. Kick off the new Sunday School year by meeting your new teachers and reconnecting with friends - old and new! Whether you're Moving UP to a new class or staying with the same awesome group, we’re excited to kick off a fresh year of learning, laughter, and growing in faith together. Let's Rally Together - it's going to be a great morning!

9. Sonshine Players, our very own children’s theater group, is looking to add another adult staff member to our team. If you love working with enthusiastic kids and have any experience in singing, dance or drama please see Donna Frueh, Bekah Kulp or Angela Kinney for details!

10. Ladies of Leidy’s meets Tuesday, September 1st at 6:30pm. All are welcome! Bring a friend!

11. Join us on Saturday, September 12th from 11:00 AM- 1:30 PM for a FREE Pig Roast at the parsonage fields as we kick off the Man Alive Challenge! Men, this one’s for you! Come and join us for an epic morning of world-class BBQ, solid brotherhood, and a time to step back and recharge. Let’s build relationships to strengthen our faith – together. Don’t miss it! 12. Young Adults and High School event, Saturday, September 5th, 7am - 10am. We will be serving at a soup kitchen in Norristown with Grace Beans Soup Kitchen. We will meet at church at 6am and then head out. Contact Justin Coale if interested (215) 589-8173

13. Cookout & Cornhole, if you’re in your 50s or 60s (or close!), join us on September 20th for a laid-back afternoon of good food, great conversation, and a friendly cornhole competition! Don’t forget to bring a lawn chair and a friend!

14. O.A.S.I.S. (Older Adults Sharing In Service, 55+) Fall Luncheon: Wednesday, September 23rd, 11:30am – 2pm, in the Fellowship Hall. Join us for Homemade Soups and Bread – bring your favorite dessert to share! Sign up online, the Narthex, or contact the office.

15. The sanctuary flowers are in loving memory of Don Nase to honor his birthday, from everyone in his family.
