ANNOUNCEMENTS

1. If you are a guest, please visit the Welcome Desk outside of the Sanctuary and fill out a Connect with Leidy’s Card.

2. As you partner with us in the work of the Kingdom, please place your gifts and offerings in the offering pillars at the back of the Sanctuary.

3. Need prayer? A few members of our Prayer Team will be at the front of the sanctuary following the service and would be honored to pray with you.

4. The rosebud on the Communion table is in honor of a son, Ethan Tavis, born to Brian & Allison Ward. May God be with them as they grow in Him.

5. A Congregational Meeting is set for Sunday, September 27 at 11:30 in the Sanctuary. Three men will be nominated for Consistory – Shaun Permar, Greg Nase, and Jake Niederhaus.

6. Leidy's Kids Ministry is looking for volunteers! Join us to serve 4-6 times a year in our infant, toddler, or pre-K nurseries. These rooms provide a space for our youngest kids to feel safe and loved at church while learning that Jesus loves them. If you are interested in serving, please reach out to Bekah Kulp at bekah.kulp@leidyschurch.org for more information.

7. Prayer Cards are still available at the Welcome Desk: If you have not yet picked yours up and wish to, please help yourself.

8. Check out our new Mission Wall! The faces and families you see on the wall are missionaries supported by you through your giving at Leidy’s Church and are working all over the world to build up the Kingdom of God. They teach literacy in poor parts of India, service airplanes to go to remote areas, minister love and mercy to struggling people on First Nation Reserves in NW Ontario, and much, much more. Thank you for supporting each one.

9. The Real Mom Conference, Saturday, September 26th, 8:30 - 3:00 pm. Cost: $39.00 Join us to strengthen your walk with God while being encouraged by a day filled with welcoming smiles, worship time, real mom stories, and inspiration to continue in the pursuit of biblical motherhood.

10. Our Friends Class is celebrating 10 Years!! If you’d like to check it out and see if volunteering in a Sunday School class for adults with special needs is a good fit for you, contact the office!

11. We plan to celebrate both Dorothy and Mary Beth and for their many years of service in Leidy’s Church office. Please contact Jenny at jenny.ernst@leidyschurch.org to share any pictures you may have of them! Thank you. (More to follow!)

12. O.A.S.I.S. (Older Adults Sharing In Service, 55+) Fall Luncheon: Wednesday, September 23rd, 11:30am – 2pm, in the Fellowship Hall. Join us for Homemade Soups and Bread – bring your favorite dessert to share! Sign up online, the Narthex, or contact the office.

13. Someone from our congregation is in need of a ride to/from GVH on October 21st, please let the Church office know if you can help.
